Senior Executive – Client Services

About the role

The Senior Executive will manage a portfolio of client servicing deliverables, ensuring high‑quality support and compliance across a range of administrative functions. You will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external bodies, driving accurate and timely delivery of critical documents and filings.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a defined set of client servicing tasks for a portfolio of clients.
• Maintain records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and bank liaison.
• Perform day‑to‑day tasks, monitor progress and meet tight deadlines.
• File statutory documents with FSC, ROC and other authorities.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML regulations and maintain updated records.
• Coordinate and coach team members, reviewing their work for quality.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a global business environment (advantageous).
• Degree or substantial progress toward ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
