Senior Executive – Client Services

About the role

The Senior Executive will manage a portfolio of client servicing deliverables, ensuring high-quality support and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams and external partners, driving efficient administration and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer a defined set of client servicing tasks for a portfolio of clients.
• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Convene directors/shareholders meetings and prepare high-quality board papers.
• Verify minutes drafted by team members and ensure final deliverables are error-free.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Open and maintain bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
• Perform day-to-day tasks, monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• Submit statutory filings to FSC, ROC and other authorities.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML regulations.
• Coordinate and coach team members, reviewing their work and ensuring effective collaboration.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in a global business environment (advantageous).
• University degree or substantial progress toward ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Strong client-service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Organised, goal-oriented team player with a quick learning ability.
