Senior Executive – Client Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive to join our Client Services team in Ebene, Mauritius. Reporting to the Manager – Client Services, you will act as Company Secretary for client companies and oversee a range of administration services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in opening bank accounts locally and internationally.
• Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely regulatory filings with the Registrar and FSC.
• Handle FATCA and CRS reporting to the Mauritius Revenue Authority.
• Organise board and shareholder meetings, draft minutes and circulate them promptly.
• Guide directors on duties, powers and regulatory updates.
• Conduct due‑diligence reviews on investors/shareholders in line with AML legislation.
• Review bank transactions before execution and process payments efficiently.
• Draft and review standard agreements such as consultancy, loan and agency contracts.
• Perform regular compliance reviews of company and trust files.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer due‑diligence records and manage all correspondence professionally.
• Follow company and regulatory policies, checklists and anti‑money‑laundering procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (Management, Law, International Business, Finance).
• Minimum 5 years experience in the finance or global business sector.
• ACIS/ACCA qualification, party qualification or STEP membership.
• Methodical, accurate work style with strong understanding of trust and company administration principles.
• Familiarity with company policies and ability to work across multiple portfolios in a team environment.
