Senior Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive will support Apex Group's fund administration and middle‑office services by ensuring accurate record‑keeping, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality client deliverables. You will work closely with directors, shareholders, auditors and internal teams to manage statutory filings and tax matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and verify meeting minutes.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and coordinate with banks.
• Deliver statutory accounts with all required disclosures.
• Prepare and file annual, APS, PAYE, TDS, VAT and Indian tax returns on time.
• Address tax queries from authorities and clients.
• Execute statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Perform customer due diligence (CDD) per AML code and maintain updated records.
• Coordinate and supervise team members effectively.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree or substantial progress toward ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
