Senior Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to join Apex Group’s global fund administration and middle‑office team. The role supports corporate secretarial, compliance and client‑service functions across our worldwide network, ensuring high‑quality deliverables for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Organise directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Ensure final client deliverables are error‑free and meet quality standards.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and bank liaison.
• Perform statutory filings with the FSC, ROC and other regulatory bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML regulations and keep CDD records up to date.
• Coordinate and supervise team members to meet deadlines and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree holder or progressing towards ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning attitude.
