Senior Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive will support Apex Group’s corporate services function, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, compliance and high‑quality client deliverables across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining proper records in accordance with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene meetings of directors/shareholders and prepare high‑quality board papers.
• Verify minutes drafted by team members and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors.
• Deliver statutory accounts with all applicable disclosures.
• Manage certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents on time.
• Maintain bank accounts, open new accounts and coordinate transfers.
• Prepare and file annual returns, tax returns (PAYE, TDS, VAT, Indian tax) within statutory deadlines.
• Handle tax queries from authorities and clients, and ensure statutory filings with regulatory bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML requirements and keep records up to date.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree holder or substantial progress towards an ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
