Senior Front-End Developer

About the role
We are seeking a Senior Front‑End Developer to join Publicis Production EMEA Hub’s digital team. You will create high‑quality, scalable web experiences using modern front‑end technologies and collaborate closely with UX, UI, QA and back‑end teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers on design and code reviews.
- Translate functional requirements into clean, maintainable code.
- Maintain production quality by monitoring technical KPIs.
- Write technical documentation and unit tests.
- Apply best practices for performance, security, accessibility and code quality.
- Participate in project ceremonies and stakeholder meetings.
- Adapt to project‑specific tools, processes and workflows.
- Support upskilling across front‑end, back‑end, QA, DevOps and data areas.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and modern CSS techniques.
- Experience with ReactJS and component‑based design.
- Familiarity with design systems and atomic design principles.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
