Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

Fantastic Mind is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer to design, build and maintain scalable web applications. You will work closely with product designers, UX specialists and fellow engineers to turn human‑centric concepts into robust technical solutions while enjoying a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain front‑end and back‑end components for web applications.
• Write clean, testable code, integrate APIs and optimise performance.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure security and reliability of deployed services.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor less‑experienced developers.
• Participate in planning, estimation and delivery of new features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong front‑end expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue or Angular).
• Solid back‑end experience using Node.js, Python or similar, and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and debugging.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and containerisation (Docker).
• Ability to collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver accessible, performant experiences.
• Demonstrated senior or lead role, including mentoring and technical guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
