Senior Full Stack Developer – Payroll & HR (Belgium)

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to create future‑proof products that connect international applications with the Belgian payroll landscape. You will work in an agile, knowledge‑sharing environment alongside teams in Mauritius and Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integration solutions linking international data with Belgian payroll systems.
• Build full‑stack applications using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, SQL and Azure DevOps.
• Ensure stability, scalability and clean architecture of existing codebases.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of delivered functionalities and provide 3rd‑level support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design optimal technical and functional solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, comfortable interacting at C‑level.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Technology or equivalent professional experience.
• Problem‑solving mindset, analytical thinking and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, international environment.
