Senior Fund Administrator – Private Equity

About the role

Trident Trust is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to manage a portfolio of private‑equity funds. You will act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely execution of transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the administration of a portfolio of private‑equity clients, handling corporate secretarial duties and periodic risk reviews.
• Assist in the set‑up and closing of closed‑end funds, including customer due diligence and investor admittance.
• Prepare and review capital calls, drawdown notices, written resolutions, board packs, and payment instructions.
• Maintain statutory registers, ensure timely statutory filings, and keep client records up to date.
• Support fund accounting audits, liaise with regulators, banks, auditors, and service providers.
• Coach and supervise junior fund administrators, and resolve client queries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with anti‑money‑laundering procedures and KYC requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field or ACCA/ICSA qualification.
• Minimum five years’ experience in fund administration or a related global business sector.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing funds.
• Excellent interpersonal and client‑service skills.
