Senior HR Executive

About the role

Attitude, a B Corp‑certified hotel brand, is seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead people‑first initiatives across its properties. You will partner with the General Manager and department heads to align HR strategy with business goals, fostering a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate HR policies with hotel objectives.
• Drive employee engagement, cultural integration, and transparent communication.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Lead performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
• Administer payroll, prepare HR and payroll forecasts for the annual budget, and ensure accurate reporting to head office.
• Maintain a safe and supportive work environment for all staff members.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑qualification experience in a senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to handle grievances and disciplinary matters fairly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• High integrity, transparency, and a people‑first approach.
