Senior Invoicing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Invoicing Officer to own the end‑to‑end billing cycle for a global investor services group. You will ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards while collaborating closely with the Head of Billing and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, validate, and issue invoices in line with service level agreements, applying correct approvals and expense allocations.
• Analyse billing data and staff time‑recordings, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Produce billing performance and recovery reports, highlighting variances and supporting month‑end close activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing queries, working with operational and finance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify and drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance billing efficiency and controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable within a financial services environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
