Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior Machine Learning Engineer to turn cutting‑edge AI models into production‑ready, scalable systems. You will work at the intersection of data science, product, and engineering, ensuring that our ML solutions are reliable, performant, and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable training, deployment, and inference pipelines.
• Deploy models using CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud platforms while maintaining performance and latency.
• Implement model versioning, monitoring, automated retraining, and drift detection.
• Establish best practices and operational standards for AI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to embed ML into customer‑facing products.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements and promote responsible AI practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in ML engineering, MLOps, or software engineering.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• Proven experience with cloud environments and building scalable systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s in AI or Big Data is a plus.
