Senior Sales Executive

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will lead the full sales cycle for RACS’s portfolio of IT, cloud, software, consulting and AI solutions. Based on-site in Ebene, the role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms and closing deals while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across multiple technology domains.
• Manage key accounts, prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate with technical teams to customize solutions.
• Monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, and represent RACS at client meetings and industry events.
• Build long‑term relationships with stakeholders, ensure customer satisfaction, and support post‑sales activities.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct lead generation and opportunity qualification, and negotiate contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B technology or IT services sales, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Strong business development skills including lead generation, solution selling and deal negotiation.
• Excellent account management and customer relationship abilities, with stakeholder engagement and retention strategies.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts and deliver compelling proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field and proficiency with standard office and CRM software.
