Senior Salesforce Developer – Remote (Mauritius)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Mauritius delivery centre and work remotely with international clients. You will translate business requirements into robust technical designs and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs.
• Customize objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports and dashboards to meet client needs.
• Articulate technical concepts in clear business language for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solution quality and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for smooth releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
