Senior Social Analyst

About the role

The Senior Social Analyst will lead the execution, optimisation and management of high‑profile paid social media campaigns for global clients. Working within Publicis Global Delivery Mauritius, you will handle the full campaign lifecycle across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Twitter, ensuring strong performance and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch paid social campaigns independently from briefs provided by on‑shore teams.
• Monitor performance, apply optimisation strategies and conduct A/B testing on creatives and funnels.
• Track, analyse and report key metrics including impressions, reach, CTR, engagement and conversions.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensure cost efficiency and deliver post‑campaign analysis reports.
• Maintain audience targeting accuracy and troubleshoot issues with local specialists.
• Provide regular performance updates to internal teams and French‑speaking clients.
• Stay current with best practices and trends in paid social media.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to set up, optimise and analyse campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Experience handling budgets and tracking ROI performance.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and communicate with international teams.
• Professional proficiency in English.
