Senior Software Engineer (Python)

About the role

Multiply is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep Python expertise to help build and operate its multi‑channel repricing platform for online retailers. You will work on pricing algorithms, data ingestion, marketplace integrations and enable AI‑driven product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Own significant parts of the platform from design through production.
• Design services, APIs and data models that power pricing systems.
• Build and improve data pipelines, pricing engines and marketplace integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production and performance issues.
• Make architectural decisions and mentor the team to raise technical standards.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience building data‑intensive web applications backed by relational databases.
• Proven track record of production ownership: designing, deploying, operating, debugging, scaling and evolving software systems.
