Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across Mauritius and Middle East markets. The role will partner with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to attract top talent for the firm’s financial and professional services businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities across Mauritius and Middle East markets, from role briefing through sourcing, assessment, and offer closure.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, role requirements, and timelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure high‑quality hiring outcomes.
• Drive recruitment pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver a consistent and professional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Actively participate in recruitment events, career fairs, walk‑in interviews, and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure all recruitment activities align with internal policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment with proven end‑to‑end delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prior experience within financial services or professional services is an advantage.
• Exposure to recruitment across Middle East markets is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Flexibility in working hours to support interviews, recruitment events, and regional hiring requirements.
• HR or Talent Acquisition certifications are an advantage but not essential.
