Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR teams to attract top talent. This role is responsible for shaping recruitment strategies, ensuring a strong employer brand, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals and other channels.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, recruitment agencies and university partnerships.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and assess technical skills, cultural fit and long‑term potential.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote the company’s brand and ensure a transparent, positive candidate journey.
• Represent the organization at university career fairs.
• Extend offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and coordinate onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze data and report on time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and other KPIs.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employer branding and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, organizational and ethical standards.
• Ability to adapt, make decisions and work autonomously.
