About the role

The Server position at Four Seasons Mauritius is focused on delivering accurate food and beverage orders, efficient service, and attentive guest care within a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve guests promptly while attending to their needs.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables, and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Promote hotel services and products to guests.
• Participate in briefings, training sessions, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and act as a role model for teamwork.
• Adhere to the hotel’s code of conduct, grooming, and hygiene standards.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Demonstrates strong standards awareness and a commitment to teamwork.
• Displays genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and hospitality when interacting with guests and internal customers.
• Willing to attend scheduled training and briefings.
• Hands‑on attitude, ready to assist colleagues during peak times.
• Maintains a clean, orderly workspace and follows safety protocols.
