About the role
The Server will take orders and serve food and beverages to guests across the resort’s restaurants, bars, pool and beach areas. You will ensure guest satisfaction by delivering attentive, friendly service in a clean and safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take orders, serve and, where applicable, prepare food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, set up and clear tables or sunbeds, and keep the work area orderly.
- Process guest checks, handle payments and adhere to control procedures.
- Promote hotel services and products, and respond positively to requests for polyvalent duties across multiple outlets.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience in 5‑star hotels, resorts or reputable stand‑alone restaurants.
- Excellent English language skills and strong math abilities.
- Basic wine knowledge is preferred.
- Technical education in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
