Service Point Advisor

About the role
As a Service Point Advisor you will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, providing prompt, professional and courteous assistance. You will handle daily administrative tasks, support the existing customer base, and contribute to shipment and revenue growth through excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist walk‑in customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Complete all Customer Service administrative tasks each day.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base by delivering high‑quality service and effective problem solving.
- Follow GSOP procedures at all times and ensure quality integration.
- Support supervisors or managers with daily operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in courier, air‑freight or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with DHL systems and customs procedures.
- Valid driver’s licence and PC literacy.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
