About the role
Magellan is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator Consultant to manage and enhance its ServiceNow platform across multiple modules. You will work within multidisciplinary teams to support clients’ digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, FSM, Catalog, Incident, Change and Problem.
- Manage platform updates, versioning, patching and ensure compatibility.
- Maintain security and compliance of Access Control Lists (ACLs) and evolve them over time.
- Create and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations and integrations with internal or external systems.
- Collaborate with developers, integrators and governance groups to validate functional and technical changes.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a university or engineering school.
- Strong technical‑functional analysis ability to understand diverse use cases.
- Detail‑oriented, autonomous and good interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- ServiceNow administration (ITSM, CMDB, FSM, Catalog, Incident/Change/Problem).
- JavaScript development and interface development.
- ServiceNow application integration and Flow Designer.
- Understanding of ACL security and platform versioning.
