Services Consultant Internship – 3 Months – Sep Start

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Services Consultant Intern to join Dayforce’s Mauritius office for a three‑month placement starting in September. The intern will work on Dayforce’s core HCM modules, gaining hands‑on experience in consulting, configuration and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scoping, documenting, configuring and testing Dayforce core modules for existing clients.
• Create and maintain Services Requirement Specifications, testing documents and Production Change Requests.
• Support coding, debugging and troubleshooting of configuration issues.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in Human Capital Management solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
