Social Media & Communication Executive

About the role

The Social Media & Communication Executive will support the daily management of the brand’s social media presence and overall communication activities. You will create and publish engaging content, assist digital campaigns, and help maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing the monthly social media content calendar.
• Create, write, schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce short‑form video content such as Reels, Stories, TikTok‑style clips, carousels and simple edited videos.
• Capture on‑property footage of hotel experiences, food & beverage, wellness, events and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Use tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express and Meta Business Suite to edit and adapt visual assets.
• Support organic and paid campaigns by preparing captions, visuals and short videos for each platform.
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok advertising in coordination with the Head of Communication.
• Monitor and engage with community comments, messages, mentions and tags, escalating issues when needed.
• Track guest reviews on Google, TripAdvisor and similar sites.
• Coordinate influencer and user‑generated content, ensuring proper tagging and approvals.
• Draft simple copy for newsletters, blogs, website updates and in‑situ communication.
• Prepare monthly social media reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media, communication, hospitality, lifestyle or agency environments is a plus.
• Strong interest in creating short‑form video content for Reels, Stories or TikTok.
