About the role
We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will craft, film, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content while fostering an active online community.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
- Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
- Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts for maximum engagement.
- Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community interaction.
- Track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics; deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay current on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content fresh.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and produced content.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling ability.
- Reliable power backup (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet.
- High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.
Required skills
- Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
