Spa Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Spa Attendant will ensure a welcoming, immaculate environment for guests at the award‑winning Four Seasons Spa in Mauritius. You will support retail operations, assist guests with product inquiries, and maintain the overall spa atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and ensure safety hazards are reported.
• Operate the Spa Soft Point‑of‑Sale system for retail transactions, manage inventory, and perform daily opening and closing duties.
• Assist guests with product selection, gift‑wrapping, packing, and shipping requests.
• Support colleagues across reception, retail, and attendant coverage as needed.
• Monitor and replenish stock, keep displays immaculate, and uphold spa ambience (music, lighting, temperature, aroma).

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel or resort environment.
• Excellent English communication, strong math and psychometric abilities.
• Team‑player attitude, flexible schedule, and ability to work varied shifts including overtime.
• Adherence to grooming standards and ability to drive a buggy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer programs, specifically the Spa Soft POS system.
• Ability to operate and maintain retail inventory systems.
