Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager leads the day‑to‑day operations of the Spa at Constance Le Chaland, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, service quality, and guest experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain spa cleanliness and ensure all treatment rooms are set up professionally.
• Oversee stock management, including weekly and monthly inventory checks, re‑ordering, and monitoring product usage.
• Prepare staff schedules at least one week in advance and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Plan and coordinate training programmes for spa staff.
• Control budgeting, cost‑control measures, and profitability of the spa.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and operational standards as defined in the Spa Operating Manual.
• Participate in daily and weekly management meetings and contribute to departmental planning.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, maintain staff appearance standards, and engage directly with guests.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a spa or wellness centre within a hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory and scheduling.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering personalized service.
