About the role

The Spa Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position at OUTRIGGER’s Bel Ombre resort. The role oversees daily spa operations, ensuring a high‑quality guest experience while managing treatment schedules, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and maintain service standards.
• Manage treatment schedules and supervise spa team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment.
• Monitor guest feedback and support team training to drive satisfaction.
• Handle spa inventory, budgeting, revenue targets, and cost control.
• Coordinate promotional activities in partnership with resort leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to align spa services with overall resort experience and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong spa management experience, including staff supervision and daily operations oversight.
• Demonstrated customer service and satisfaction expertise in hospitality or wellness.
• Experience with budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control for spa operations.
• Knowledge of skin‑care treatments, products, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership with coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse guests and team members.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in resort, hotel, or luxury spa settings preferred.
• Relevant certification or diploma in spa management, hospitality, or wellness disciplines is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
