About the role
ale retail co ltd is looking for a full‑time Store Associate to join its flagship store in Grand Bay, Mauritius. The role focuses on delivering fast, simple, and accessible shopping experiences for local customers.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.
- Process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves and maintain tidy, well‑presented merchandise.
- Support promotional activities and monitor inventory levels.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to store management.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑facing skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork orientation.
- Prior retail or customer‑service experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local products and the Port Louis community is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic numeracy and cash‑handling ability.
