About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead strategic projects focused on growth, transformation and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through clear communication and customized solutions.
• Plan, execute and monitor complex engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and high‑quality deliverables.
• Lead, mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
• Prepare compelling technical and financial proposals and support business development activities.
• Apply rigorous analytical methods and data‑driven insights to formulate strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy consulting or growth strategy roles.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality, measurable outcomes.
