About the role
Accenture's Supply Chain and Operations team is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage supplier and customer order activities, ensure on‑time delivery, and support procurement strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer quotes and orders, creating and reviewing orders in the client system and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the supply chain drumbeat to guarantee timely material delivery, track missing parts, and handle export licences and customs clearance.
- Process supplier orders (purchase, loan, repair), record acknowledgements, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain rigorous adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and report on process performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or procurement.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work CET shift schedules and collaborate in a team environment.
Required skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
