Supply Chain Officer

About the role

The Supply Chain Officer will manage end‑to‑end machine‑down activities, from receiving customer quotations to ensuring timely delivery. The role requires 7/7 availability, including remote standby on weekends and public holidays, to guarantee uninterrupted service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer requests for quotations at any time and process formal quotations within set turnaround times.
• Source and secure multimodal logistics solutions, providing alternatives when primary OEMs are unavailable.
• Coordinate information flow between suppliers, service providers, internal teams, and customers to maintain clear expectations.
• Escalate off‑target situations for management decisions.
• Prepare and manage transport documentation and ensure timely invoice processing.
• Maintain a minimum of 45 hours per week according to the rotating roster.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales or Purchasing.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in parts supply.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
