System Administrator

About the role

HealthActiv is looking for a skilled System Administrator to join its Digital Transformation & Innovation team. You will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of the company’s in‑house software, servers, network and storage infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system and server logs, investigating security or performance issues.
• Administer virtual and physical servers and operating systems to guarantee business‑critical application uptime.
• Apply approved software updates and security patches on a regular schedule.
• Maintain network infrastructure following industry best practices.
• Support and manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, group policies and tenant configuration.
• Handle end‑user accounts, permissions, access rights and storage allocations.
• Own the backup solution end‑to‑end, including periodic restore testing.
• Enforce security principles across systems, accounts and data.
• Oversee IT asset records, ownership details and lifecycle status.
• Manage IT contracts, software licences and vendor relationships.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and configuration records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT technical role.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Proven knowledge of virtualization platforms, backup/recovery and patch management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, IAM and data‑protection in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team.
