Systems Engineer

About the role

The Systems Engineer acts as a subject‑matter expert for multiple IT infrastructure technologies, designing and implementing virtualization, remote‑access, and server solutions for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain servers, virtualization platforms (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft) and storage solutions (Nutanix, Veeam, Oracle).
• Develop and document enterprise‑level IT solutions, including Active Directory, DFS, SQL, Exchange, System Center, and network connectivity (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls).
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing support to internal teams and clients.
• Participate in 24×7 on‑call rotation, respond to system outages, and maintain remote monitoring tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix) are a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally and hold a clean driving licence.
