Technical Lead – C# / .NET / Angular

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for software development projects in Mauritius. The role involves designing scalable, secure solutions and guiding a multidisciplinary team through the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of applications, APIs, integrations, and backend services using C#.NET, ASP.NET Core and Angular.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards, security principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with QA, Project Managers and Business Analysts to estimate effort, identify risks and support planning.
• Mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing and drive continuous improvement of development processes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, build and deployment processes, and ensure performance, scalability and reliability of solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–8 years of software development experience, including technical leadership or senior roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with C#.NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core and Angular/TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design and develop RESTful APIs and work with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Git, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
