Technical Project Manager – QA Lead

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager to lead Quality Assurance activities across its project portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that solutions meet functional, non‑regression and user acceptance criteria before go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive test cases, datasets and test environments.
• Execute functional, non‑regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) according to project timelines.
• Own the UAT process, coordinate end‑to‑end testing and validate successful releases.
• Document test results and project status in SharePoint and the project‑management platform.
• Manage tickets, ensure clear issue descriptions and proper hand‑over to responsible teams.
• Identify risks, raise alerts and follow up on blocking issues during validation.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve defects and ensure continuity.
• Promote QA best practices, support knowledge transfer and train operational teams using finalized test cases.

Required profile

• Master’s degree and at least two years of hands‑on experience in software QA.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning and coordination.
• Ability to break down feature requirements into efficient testing scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• SharePoint for documentation management.
• Experience with functional, non‑regression and UAT testing.
