Technical Sales Executive

About the role

The Technical Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by selling our products and services to businesses in the professional hospitality sector. You will build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients in the HORECA market.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Present and promote company offerings to existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to pricing and terms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, logistics and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market developments to uncover new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
• Provide regular sales reports to management.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the HORECA industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of hospitality and food‑and‑beverage sectors (hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, catering).
• Strong sales and negotiation track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
