Technical Service & Integration Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Service & Integration Specialist to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. You will guide customers through product onboarding, provide first‑line technical support, and help maintain the stability of our 24/7 production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding by delivering step‑by‑step API implementation and system configuration guidance.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting, issue reproduction, and escalation to engineering.
• Collaborate with account managers and internal tech teams to analyze client requirements and resolve pain points.
• Monitor production systems via dashboards and alerts, responding to incidents promptly in a 24/7 shift environment.
• Maintain professional communication with clients through email and instant‑messaging platforms (Slack, Telegram, Teams).
• Own the full lifecycle of support cases—from initial diagnosis to root‑cause identification, resolution, and closure.
