Technical Trainer

About the role

The Technical Trainer will design and deliver learning programs that enhance employees' technical competencies across networking, security, and operating systems. This role supports professional development, onboarding, and career progression while contributing to overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and deliver training curricula for IT and telecom topics.
• Lead onboarding sessions and develop career‑path frameworks based on competency matrices.
• Research and curate high‑quality learning content tailored to different employee groups.
• Monitor learning trends and introduce innovative training techniques.
• Support operational processes such as Incident, Change, and Release Management.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of internet and extranet protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, POP, DNS, Proxy).
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with firewall technologies (Fortigate, Palo Alto, Check Point, Juniper) and related security tools.
• Understanding of load balancers, switches, and routers (Cisco).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and coach colleagues.
