Test Automation Engineer

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join its technology practice. You will help deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions for clients across banking, insurance, natural resources and high‑tech sectors, focusing on reliability, performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the automation testing strategy by identifying test cases suitable for automation.
• Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts to maximise coverage and reduce manual testing.
• Review test plans, scripts and execution reports to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Participate in project risk assessment, tracking and mitigation activities.
• Develop, maintain and optimise automation frameworks and tools.
• Support CI/CD pipelines through automated testing integration.
• Select and implement appropriate automation tools and technologies aligned with project environments.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related IT field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an Automation Test or QA Automation role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of software development and testing life cycles.
• Fluent in French (written and verbal) – mandatory.
• ISTQB or automation certification is a plus.
