Trainee Engineer – LPG & Fuel Systems

About the role
This trainee position offers hands‑on experience in LPG and commercial fuel system installation, focusing on safety, design, and maintenance. You will work alongside senior engineers to develop practical skills in a real‑world environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with site surveys, hazard identification, and feasibility studies for new LPG and fuel installations.
- Support installation tasks such as setting up pumps, meters, dispensers, and performing start‑up and commissioning procedures.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot common issues like pump malfunctions and leaks, and document all work for compliance.
- Participate in performance audits, post‑installation inspections, and help draft project proposals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related engineering field.
- Basic understanding of the oil and gas industry and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work outdoors on a flexible schedule.
