Trainee Fund Administrator – Private Equity

About the role

We are seeking motivated recent graduates to join our Mauritius office as a Trainee Fund Administrator focusing on private equity. This entry‑level role provides hands‑on experience in fund administration within a global financial services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day administration of client portfolios.
• Support the setup and maintenance of funds and related entities.
• Help prepare documentation such as notices, resolutions, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the team and monitor deadlines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting line.

Required profile

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and quickly learn new processes.
• Highly motivated with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
