Trust Services Manager (Shared Services)

About the role

Trident Trust is seeking a Trust Services Manager to lead a dedicated desk within its Trust Shared Services department in Mauritius. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership, and cross‑office collaboration to deliver high‑quality trust administration services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Mauritius desk, ensuring efficient client service delivery.
• Manage a team of junior and senior administrators, reviewing work quality and maintaining productivity targets above 60% per team member.
• Monitor and resolve feedback entries, aiming for zero entries at month‑end.
• Coordinate training, document learnings, and mentor staff to achieve departmental objectives.
• Handle staffing activities, including recruitment and conflict resolution.
• Ensure timely completion of timesheets and task deadlines, and guarantee email and client query responses within a 24‑hour standard.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular catch‑up calls.
• Identify workflow improvements and present monthly performance reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and proper record‑keeping in the Quantios vPoint system.
