About the role

The Up to It Graduate Programme is a 12‑month, full‑time development journey for recent graduates. Participants will rotate across APTIS Group business functions, contribute to real projects and build a foundation for a long‑term career within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Gain exposure to multiple business units and understand their operations.
• Work on meaningful, cross‑functional projects that add value to the organisation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, mentors and coaches to drive personal and professional growth.
• Participate in quarterly assessments and development conversations.

Required profile

• Degree holder (final transcripts accepted) with less than one year of work experience.
• Curious, eager to learn and proactive in taking on new challenges.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about making an impact within a fast‑growing group.
