Videographer – Full‑time Creative Production

About the role

Mantra Connexions is seeking a full‑time Videographer to join its creative team in Quatre Bornes. The role involves producing high‑quality visual content for short films, documentaries, social media, and branded projects, turning client visions into compelling stories.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute all phases of video production, from pre‑production briefing to filming and post‑production delivery.
• Operate a range of professional cameras and set up lighting rigs to achieve the desired visual style.
• Capture and edit footage for various platforms, ensuring technical excellence and narrative coherence.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to align output with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Maintain equipment, manage file organization, and adhere to production schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video production, including pre‑production planning, shooting, and post‑production.
• Strong visual sense with attention to detail and the ability to envision shots and sequences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Camera operation with professional video equipment.
• Lighting techniques for diverse filming conditions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (preferred).
