About the role

We are seeking a Waiter to join our intimate beachfront boutique hotel in Constance Sakoa, Mauritius. The role involves delivering exceptional guest service with warm, attentive, and personalized care in line with Constance Sakoa Boutik standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service; greet guests courteously, present menus confidently, and ensure orders are accurately taken and served.
• Maintain professional table settings, cleanliness, and presentation that meet resort standards while serving food and beverages promptly.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and professionalism, seeking supervisor assistance when necessary.
• Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and communicate effectively to anticipate service needs.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, promote daily specials, and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience and optimize revenue.

Required profile

• Form 4 or equivalent certification.
• National Certificate Level 3 in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
