About the role
The Waiter/Waitress will take orders and serve food and beverages to guests across the resort’s restaurants, bars, pool and beach areas. The role focuses on delivering a friendly, efficient service while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables or sunbeds in each outlet.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and process guest checks accurately.
- Promote hotel services and products, and provide genuine hospitality.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and safety.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in 5‑star hotels, resorts or reputable standalone restaurants.
- Excellent English communication, basic math skills and strong guest‑service orientation.
- Technical education in Hospitality Management is preferred.
Required skills
- Basic wine knowledge.
