Wedding & Events Assistant (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Wedding & Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Mauritius. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience in planning and executing weddings, marriage proposals, and related events, with comprehensive training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients from initial inquiry through to the event day, preparing quotations, invoices and schedules.
• Support setup, decoration, and coordination on the day of weddings and proposals.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and partners via email, phone and messaging apps.
• Maintain and update social media platforms and the company website.
• Handle general administrative tasks and keep office and equipment organized.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• At least 21 years old and residing in the North of Mauritius.
• Organised, reliable, detail‑oriented and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• WordPress (training provided).
• Social media marketing (training provided).
