Accounts Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Manager to lead a sub‑team within our Global Business Sector, ensuring accurate fund administration and client service across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of sub‑team deliverables, allocating resources and providing updates to the Senior Accounts Manager.
• Guarantee 100 % quality and accuracy of final client deliverables, including net asset value calculations, financial statements and tax returns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with service levels.
• Oversee, review and monitor team members’ work, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as bank transfers, trade orders, confirmations and ad‑hoc client requests.
• Coordinate customer due‑diligence (CDD) in line with AML requirements and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Handle fund administration for open‑end funds, regulatory reporting, FSC surveys and investor communications.
• Mentor and coach team members, identify training needs and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in fund administration or a related Global Business Sector role.
• Degree or substantial progress toward a professional ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
